We are very pleased to announce that Charlotte Copeman has been appointed as our new BGTW Administrator.
Charlotte will be a familiar name to many Guild members as she carried out a similar role for five years from 2003 to 2008.
Our interim administrator, Amy McPherson, will be working closely with her over the next few weeks to ensure a smooth handover.
In the new role, Charlotte will be your first point of contact with any questions about membership, press cards, website access and event administration. You can contact her by email at [email protected] or by telephone on 020 8144 8713.
The new role is part-time so if you make contact, Charlotte will respond as soon as she is able. You are still welcome to contact the Joint Chair or any of the directors as appropriate.
We’d like to express our thanks to Amy for her sterling working in providing administrative support over the last few weeks and for ensuring that everything is in a good place ready for Charlotte to pick up the baton.
In turn, I know you will want to join with us to offer a huge BGTW welcome to Charlotte. We look forward to members meeting with her in the weeks and months to come.
