Amy McPherson is a freelance writer based in London. She is is an advocate for slow travel, and places a focus on active adventures, in particular foot powered activities such as walking and cycling. Amy also appreciates good food and loves nothing more than tasting the lesser known traditional cuisines that are not stereotyped to a culture.
