Nominated for several prestigious travel writing awards, I specialize in African destinations and I have spent a total of over two years travelling across the continent across 40 different nations, many on multiple occasions. This has largely been by locally-available transport.I have bylines in the likes of Wanderlust, BBC Travel, The i, Travel Africa, Independent, Fodor's and Daily Mail.
