Biography

From Bush Fires to the Paris Collections as a journalist I have covered them all. Started travel writing whilst working in Radio/TV in Australia as a presenter and then producer. Returned to UK worked as Features Editor on several large regional newspapers before becoming Editor of Bliss for Brides. During which I travelled the world sleeping in 150 bridal suites world-wide on my own! My book Wonderful Wedding Destinations published in UK and the states. After that I was the main travel writer for various bridal magazines and wrote for county, national and overseas magazines on travel.

I am now PT Group Features Editor for the Yorkshire/Lancashire/Cumbria Times/North East Post. Am p.t. editor for a long established on line magazine doing travel/hotel /cruise/restaurant reviews. I am a regular travel writer for The Yorkshire Post and have been for over 8 years and and have ongoing commissions from the morning news paper.
The Editor of the Yorkshire Post magazine regards me and calls me her 'cruise specialist as I do quite a few every year.
