Biography

I am an adventure travel enthusiast and I have been on the road documenting my encounters since 2016. I have a BA (hons) in Fine Art and this sparked a key interest in seeking out the hand made, admiring beautiful architecture and learning about creative cultural practises. When I am not looking for arts and crafts you will find me immersing myself in the natural world. Since childhood I have always had a great love for learning about flora and fauna and documenting our natural world through photography.

I work as a freelance travel writer and have had my work published both online and in print. I primarily write in the travel and tourism sector, creating city guides, route plans and more. In my early twenties, I was diagnosed as being severely dyslexic, and after receiving one-to-one tuition, I was able to analyse my mistakes and improve my writing skills year by year. This was a major turning point in my life and a pivotal moment that influenced my career path as a writer. I am passionate about helping others with learning difficulties, and I am an advocate for writers with dyslexia.
