Biography

An experienced launch and managing editor, award-wining journalist and blogger, photographer, videographer, speaker, novelist, and author.

Sarah is expert on luxury travel, editor of award-winning luxury travel blog LiveShareTravel.com, and co-founder of blogger and influencer network, Captivate, as well as music and culture tour company, SoundAround.

Recent bylines include pieces for National Geographic Traveller, National Geographic Food, MoneyWeek, JRNY magazine and Weather2Travel. Meanwhile her photos have appeared in publications including Assouline's coffee table book, Wine and Travel France.

Sarah is author of travel guide The Luxury Traveller’s Handbook, and historical novel, An Ocean Apart. She speaks on the Windrush Generation and the social/cultural history of post-war Britain at libraries and at events hosted by various organisations. Plus she is a regular speaker at travel industry events and conferences on social media, travel content creation and more.

She writes on destinations worldwide, but has expertise on Austria, Spain, Thailand, the USA, the timeshare and fractional industries, plus business writing. She has an NCTJ diploma in journalism and a CiPR diploma in public relations.
