Biography

Former newspaper editor (journalist since 1985; NCTJ trained); qualified counsellor; father o& grandfather interested in communities and holistic living and travel. Dream assignments would include vision quests and time with indigenous peoples. Self-deprecation, and sometimes anthropological rigour, is occasional result. Winner of the Wyvern Prize Wells Literary Festival 2020. Psychotherapist with The Arrigo Programme specialising in health and well-being.
