Biography

Former newspaper editor (journalist since 1985; NCTJ trained); qualified counsellor; father o& grandfather interested in communities and holistic living and travel. Dream assignments would include vision quests and time with indigenous peoples. Self-deprecation, and sometimes anthropological rigour, is occasional result. Winner of the Wyvern Prize Wells Literary Festival 2020. Psychotherapist with The Arrigo Programme specialising in health and well-being. Published in The Independent, Wanderlust, Travelintelligence.com, CNN Traveller, The Sunday Herald and Sunday Herald magazine, Italy magazine, The Lady, Bristol Evening Post, Western Daily Press, BGTW anthology.
