SJ Armstrong is a seasoned traveller and writer from London, rarely found at home. Having spent more than six years slow travelling across 100 countries, her expertise is in slow, in-depth travel, rail travel, and long-term solo travel. She has lived in eight countries in five continents, including Mexico, Colombia, Jordan, and Australia. Writing for outlets like National Geographic Traveller, Wanderlust, and more, she principally tells stories from Latin America and the Middle East.
