BGTW Photographer of the Year Award sponsored by Fuji Film went to Tim Bird who is based in Helsinki. His winning images captured subjects as diverse as boys drumming themselves into a frenzy at a Jaipur festival, fishing nets being emended in a Sarawak longhouse and a light installation in Amsterdam. Timothy has recently produced a multi-media documentary about a Dalit village in Odisha, India.
