Biography
Anna is a multi-award winning travel and adventure writer based in Lyon, France. She regularly writes for many UK national newspapers, including The Guardian, The Independent, The i, The Telegraph and The Times, and has contributed to numerous guidebooks on France for DK Eyewitness, Lonely Planet and Rough Guides. She is the author of Paddling France for Bradt Guides. Speaking fluent French and being on the spot helps her to sniff out off-piste stories (whilst regularly also reporting from the pistes). Particular highlights of her career have been interviewing a fashion photographer that became a monk, breaking fast with a society of retirees that feast on pig innards for breakfast, and running around the rooftops and chimney pots of Paris with a parkour group.Mini-Portfolio Work Examples
