Biography

A pro photographer for 30 years, Chris shoots landscapes, people, travel, wildlife and lifestyle. With over 50 travel and coffee table books, he works with tourist boards, travel companies and multinationals. He lectures at travel and photo events – inc for Fujifilm, Adobe and Apple – and on TV. He runs workshops and mentors aspiring photographers.

Chris runs Eye for the Light, a creative photography, adventure and travel magazine, and presents Newton & Coe podcasts. He founded the Travel Photographer of the Year (TPOTY) awards, and has curated 51 international exhibitions.
