Biography

Martin Dunford is one of the founders of Rough Guides and has worked in travel publishing for most of his working life. He is the author of numerous guidebooks and is the founder of the UK travel and accommodation website and book publisher Cool Places. Martin also works as a freelance writer, writing regularly about the UK (in particular East Anglia) among many other destinations, including Italy, Belgium and The Netherlands. His most recent books include guides to Greenwich (London) and Norwich. He divides his time between London and Norfolk.
