Biography

Tristan Rutherford has won seven journalism awards and been a finalist for three Travel Writer of the Year trophies. He writes for The Times, The Telegraph, WSJ, BBC, Decanter, Boat International and The Guardian.
Tristan has filed travel stories from 70 countries and is a former resident of Istanbul, Shanghai and Nice. He loves taking no-fly holidays with his three boys, who share nine passports between them.
His specialisms include wine, superyachts and trains.
