Alicia Sheber

Biography

Alicia writes about the people, crafts, spiritualities, ecosystems, cuisines, and ESG initiatives that give each culture a distinct personality. Formerly a hospitality interior designer in Denver and London, a wine seller, and a social worker, she now interviews global leaders about pioneering approaches in travel, sustainability, accommodation, architecture, wellness, technology, and food and beverage. Alicia writes for Hospitality Design, HOTELS, Wallpaper*, Starboard, Hospitality Interiors, BEAST and Hotel Investment Today, and was Boutique Design’s international editor. She co-authored Explorer Publishing’s Complete Residents’ Guide to Paris, has transcreated 10 books about modern interpretations of traditional arts in Ukraine, and is a ghostwriter for creative non-linear thinkers. Alicia also authors regional development reports and conference summaries, and loves helping non-native English speakers express their ideas through business proposals, whitepapers, speeches, opinion pieces and other written forms.
