Biography :
I obtained a Master’s degree at the University of Westminster in Journalism and then worked for Time Out Magazine in London for a year back in 2012. This is where I started writing extensively about food and drink.
Having no offers and no luck in securing even an interview for the role of a journalist after that, I worked for two giant legal firms as their copywriter in all business travel matters. I decided to go back to journalism after the pandemic and saved enough money to start this adventire in 2022 and started writing on travel, food and drink for various titles including The Times, National Geographic Traveller, Wanderlust, The Independent, Rough Guides, TTG and The Guardian. I came to London as a 22 year old student without knowing a soul (no family and friends) and built my life and network from scratch. It's a challenge given the level of nepotism in the industry but I'm up for venturing into what this journey has in store for me.
