Simon Parker

Biography

I'm a multi-award-winning British travel writer, author, and filmmaker, working across a wide range of themes and subjects. I have reported from over 100 countries on stories as diverse as the ‘migrant crisis’ in Greece and social inequality in the barrios of Northern Colombia. I've paraglided solo through the Andes and driven a rickshaw the length of India. My first book, Riding Out, was published in 2022 by Summersdale. My second book, A Ride Across America, was published by September Publishing in 2024.
